Jamaica
Excellence Oyster Bay · Falmouth · May 24–28, 2027
Some trips are about what you see. This one is about who you're with.

The Trip
Excellence Oyster Bay puts us on a quiet peninsula in Falmouth with private plunge pools, ocean breezes, and nothing we have to do. No itinerary. No pressure. The pool, dinner together, a late night at the bar — that's the whole plan. Jamaica is just the setting. The eight of us are the main event.
This is the trip for the group that already knows how to have a good time without a schedule.
The Resort
Excellence Oyster Bay — adults-only all-inclusive, 42 minutes from Montego Bay. 10 restaurants, 5 pools including a rooftop infinity pool. We're in the Excellence Club Beachfront House Suite with Plunge Pool — a standalone beach house with its own private plunge pool on a terrace right off the beach. Butler access, dedicated club spaces, direct beach frontage.
Honest note: beach houses are distributed across the property, not guaranteed adjacent. We're requesting adjacent placement early. What's different from Ochi: even if we're a short walk apart, every couple has their own private plunge pool — the private space is built into every room.
Alternative Resort Option
Breathless Montego Bay Resort & Spa — adults-only, Unlimited-Luxury, 150 suites in a modern high-rise overlooking Montego Bay. A livelier, more urban counterpart to Excellence Oyster Bay's quiet peninsula setting. Allure Junior Suite (527 sq ft) is the standard category; xhale Club Master Suite (1,098 sq ft) and Presidential Suite (1,614 sq ft) add butler service, private concierge, and in-suite hot tubs.
Flag before presenting this option to the group: Breathless Montego Bay was hit by the hurricane and remains closed. Hyatt is targeting a Q1 2027 reopening, but no exact date has been confirmed, which means we likely won't be able to lock in a booking before any Black Friday sale hits. Treat this as a contingent backup, not a primary recommendation, until Hyatt confirms a firm date.
